Comments From the Brewer: |
Champagne yeast will be added in the secondary to dry it out further. It helps to dissolve the sugars in water before adding to help it from burning on the bottom of the kettle. Lightly crack open the coriander before adding to boil. Ginger root will leave a hint of ginger flavor. Skip it if you are not a fan of ginger in beer.
