Comments From the Brewer:
Low hopped to let the chocolate come through. If you want to get more chocolate out of it you can also spike in cream de cacao liquor in the secondary (6 ounces) but that is optional. Make sure the vanilla beans are sanitized in vodka or other hard liquor for a few hours to sterilize them before adding to secondary.
