Comments From the Brewer:
The key to shock top is using the zest of an orange, lemon, and lime. The coriander is also needed as it delivers the orange flavor that is present. A starter is recommended as it will speed fermentation. Fermentation should be increased from 68 degrees F to 72 degrees F by the end of fermentation. Shock Top is a delicious summer beer- girls love it too!
